Site plans are some of the most exciting parts of our business. A site plan is a beautiful combination of design and construction, allowing us to collaborate with some incredible companies and teams outside of our office. We worked with our friends at Charles Curtis Construction to complete the Civil Site Plan for this site, and we could not be more excited to see this project come to life. Brian’s Motorsports is a specialty shop in Hendersonville that builds custom trucks and cars. They are nationally recognized for their products. As a result, they needed a facility that was as high quality as their products. The limited footprint on this site made fulfilling our client’s dreams very challenging. GreenLID worked with the City of Hendersonville to reach a compromise on parking, as well as, green space that met all the client’s requirements. We can’t wait to see the finished project!
