GreenLID Design provided the Amended Preliminary and Final Master Development Plan for the 2.89± commercial development at 1115 – 1123 Nashville Pike in Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee.
Our team designed plans for the demolition plan, site plan, grading plan, utility plan, erosion prevention and sediment control plans, landscape and lighting, all to the standards and specifications of the City of Gallatin The final approvals for this project also included the TDOT entrance permit, utility plans (approved by GPU), TDEC notice of Coverage, stormwater maintenance agreement, and approved as-builts.
