GreenLID Design provided the Final Master Development Plan, Site Plans, and Representation Services for Milton Curtis Construction for the 4.54± Commercial Development at 104 Wyncrest Way in Hendersonville.
Our team designed plans for the Site Layout, Grading, Sediment Prevention and Erosion Control, Landscape and Lighting, and the Water and Sanitary Sewer Collection System all to the standards and specifications of the City of Hendersonville. The final approvals for this project also included the Preliminary Master Development Plan, Final Master Development Plan, TDOT Permit, Traffic Study, Notice of Coverage, Recorded Plat, Sewer Collection System, and Stormwater Maintenance Agreement.
