As new jobs and growth continue to happen, it is necessary to provide opportunities for affordable housing. GreenLID Design is very excited to be partnering with Tennessee Construction Associates to help meet the demand for affordable housing in Gallatin with the 129-lot Bledsoe Springs development.

The site consists of approximately 44.79± acres of rolling farmland, including pastures and wooded areas. Care has been given to preserving the existing natural areas by conserving the existing tree lines along both the perimeter of the site and internally, to lessen the impact of the subdivision and to provide usable spaces for the residents and surrounding neighbors.

The Bledsoe Springs master plan carefully considered how it could enhance the quality of life for its residents using open space. The design has incorporated the preservation of natural areas by conserving the existing tree lines along both the perimeter of the site and internally, allowing them to serve as internal and external buffers to lessen the impact of the subdivision and its neighbors.
