Pafford Place is located at 599 West Eastland Avenue in Gallatin, Tennessee, and is the new location of a 9-lot subdivision on 2.38± acres. GreenLID Design was able to provide our services for the overall Amended Preliminary and Final Master Development Plan & Plat Coordination for the final approvals of this project! Our team designed plans for the Site Layout, Grading, Sediment Prevention and Erosion Control, Road Profile, and Utility Plan to the standards and specifications of the City of Gallatin. Stormwater maintenance and water quality were included as well!
The final approvals for this project also included the Final Master Development Plan, TDEC Notice of Intent and Notice of Coverage, Stormwater Maintenance Agreement, City and State approved Water & Sewer Plans, and Preliminary Plat Approvals.
