GreenLID Design provided the Site Plan, permits, and representation services for Ascend Holdings for the 3.32± acre townhome development at 235 & 239 Stadium Drive, in Hendersonville.
Our team designed plans for the site layout, grading, erosion prevention and sediment control, utility plan, underground detention and required details for this project. We also coordinated the tree preservation and removal, landscape, irrigation, and lighting plans, provided by Cumberland Land Design. The final approvals for this project also included the approved site plan, HUD and TDEC water and sewer approvals, TDEC notice of coverage, C&R exhibit, and NES approval. This project is in the final stages of construction and will be completed soon!
